Can I pick up my order?
We do not have a public storefront so delivery is the only option for enjoying LAMA's home-cooked meals.
What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?
We encourage you to be home for your delivery to ensure your food is promptly refrigerated. If you have to step out, leave a cooler with icepack for your food or ask a neighbour to receive your order for you. A $5 return fee may be charged if we make a second trip to your address.
Are meals delivered hot?
No, meals have been prepared and cooled and will come to you with reheating instructions.
When can I expect my delivery
We deliver every other Saturday between 1030am to 4pm depending on your location. Upon confirming your order, we will send you a 2-hour delivery window.
How much work do I have to do before I can eat?
We do the majority of your meal prep. Meals are delivered fresh and are either ready to eat or need to be reheated. Your meal will be ready anywhere from 5 to 20 mins (reheating times vary).
What ingredients do you use? What if I have allergies?
We do our best to list the ingredients for every meal, but we encourage you to send us a message with any questions you have about ingredients or cooking methods.
